Mecwerx · Industrial Engineering & Automation

Turnkey manufacturing, under single accountability.

Factory setup, automation integration, production line engineering, material handling, custom machinery and plant modernization — engineered, built, installed and commissioned by one company. One contract, one schedule, one name on the outcome.

The Model

Most plant projects fail in the gaps between vendors.

Five interfaces, five contracts, nobody owning the outcome. Mecwerx removes the gaps: design, manufacture, integration and commissioning delivered end to end, by one accountable company.

Design, manufacture, integration and commissioning — delivered by one accountable manufacturer.
Phase 01

Engineering & Design

Requirement studied, layout and line engineered, specifications frozen against takt and throughput targets.

Phase 02

Manufacturing

Fabrication and custom machinery built to specification, with quality held at the source.

Phase 03

Automation Integration

Robotics, PLC control, drives, safety and material handling integrated into a working line.

Phase 04

Installation & Commissioning

Installed, commissioned, proven to output — and handed over live.

Phase 05

Support

Post-handover support, spares and modernization as the plant evolves.

Capabilities

What we deliver.

01

Factory & Plant Setup

Greenfield and brownfield setup — layout, utilities, lines and handover.

02

Automation Integration

PLC, robotics, drives, vision and safety systems integrated into production.

03

Production Line Engineering

Assembly, test and packing lines engineered to throughput and takt targets.

04

Material Handling Systems

Conveying, transfer, palletizing and storage — engineered for flow.

05

Custom Machinery

Special purpose machines designed for the process, not adapted to it.

06

Plant Modernization

Retrofit, upgrade and de-bottleneck existing plants without starting over.

Industry 4.0

Modernization that produces data, not just throughput.

Connected

Machine Connectivity

Line and machine data made visible and usable.

Measured

Production Analytics

OEE, downtime and throughput measured in real terms.

Controlled

Process Control

Consistent, repeatable, traceable operations.

Ready

Digital-Ready Lines

Built to extend — not ripped out in three years.

Common questions

Questions buyers ask us.

Straight answers to what procurement heads, plant heads and tender buyers ask before they send a requirement.

What does Mecwerx deliver end to end?

Factory and plant setup, production line engineering, automation integration, material handling systems, custom machinery and plant modernization — engineered, manufactured, installed and commissioned under one contract, with one company accountable for the outcome.

Which industries does Mecwerx build for?

Automotive, electronics and EMS, pharmaceutical, food and FMCG, power and energy, chemical and process, steel, cement and heavy industry, and aerospace and defence — across India, with execution concentrated in the NCR and northern industrial belt.

How does a plant project start?

It starts with scope: the product, the throughput target, the available floor area and the constraints you already know about. From there Mecwerx engineers the layout and line, freezes specifications against takt and throughput, and gives you a costed scope before fabrication begins.

Can Mecwerx modernise an existing line rather than build a new one?

Yes. Brownfield modernization is a core capability: retrofitting controls, adding machine connectivity and production analytics, improving material flow and bringing an older line up to current safety and output requirements without replacing everything.

Who is responsible if something goes wrong on site?

Mecwerx is. That is the point of the model — design, manufacture, integration, installation and commissioning sit inside one contract and one schedule, so there is no gap between vendors for a problem to fall into.
